Hours:

Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm

Fri: 8:30am-3:30pm

Sales Administrator required for our busy office in Brentwood.

Candidates must have good communication skills, be computer literate, numerate, accurate and generally enthusiastic.

Main duties include:-

• Processing customer orders.
• Sending quotations.
• Preparing and sending product samples and datasheets.
• Handling customer enquiries via e-mail/telephone.

Salary according to experience.

Experienced Warehouse/ Despatch Person (with Forklift License)

Hours:

Mon–Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm

Fri: 8:30am-3:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Despatch person and a Warehouse Operative to work within our Label Printing factory and warehouse in Brentwood.

You must be hard working, reliable, a good team player and hold a current forklift licence.

Bakers took delivery of a new Stacker Truck, a Toyota BT Staxio, to assist with safe and efficient movement of materials and pallets within the Baker Materials warehouse. With Baker Materials supplying over 450 different materials to printers across the country and continent our warehouse is a hive of activity. Efficient and timely movement and loading of large reels is critical to our ability to deliver customer orders within 24hrs

We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator – (With Sage & Xero experience) to work with our team of 70 staff in Brentwood, Essex.

Full time position.

Essential Requirements:

Must have previous experience of Sage & Xero
Be proficient in credit control, sales and purchase ledger, payroll
Accuracy is essential
Good telephone manner
Salary according to experience.
