Bright Silver Laminated Foil

FACE

A top coated aluminium foil, laminated to a white woodfree printing paper, with a bright silver finish. This is made from FSC certified paper. This may be printed using letterpress, screen, flexo, offset and gravure processes. Care with UV curing systems is required due to the reflective metal surface. Especially suitable for embossing.

ADHESIVE

A general purpose permanent, rubber based adhesive. The adhesive features excellent tack and adhesion on a wide variety of substrates, including apolar, slightly rough and curved substrates. Particularly good performance at lower temperatures, e.g. labelling of chilled products.

A brown supercalendered glassine paper.

Thickness: 47 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 54 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH

Additional info: Complies with FDA 175.105 and with BgVV XIV recommendations for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foodstuff.The adhesive can be used in direct contact with dry and moist, non fatty foodstuffs.
