Direct Thermal Economy

FACE

A white, woodfree printing paper with a high sensitivity thermal coating providing good image resolution. The facestock is produced without use of Bisphenol A. This is made from FSC certified paper. This product is designed to be converted and dispensed at high speed by all conventional roll conversion technologies, including flexographic and UV letterpress.It is advisable to test inks and varnishes before conversion.

ADHESIVE

A permanent pressure sensitive modified acrylic aqueous dispersion. Used for general use in product and information labelling. Exhibits very good adhesion on a wide variety of substrates.

Temp. Range: -20°C to +50°C

UV Resistance: Poor

LINER

A supercalendered, brown glassine paper.

Thickness: 47 micron ± 5%

Basic Weight: 54 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH

Additional info: It complies with European food regulation 1935/2004/EC, with the German Recommendation (BfR) XIV and with FDA 175.105. The adhesive may safely stand in direct contact with dry, moist and fatty foodstuffs which have a reduction factor of at least 3 according to the Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011
