FACE

A woodfree matt uncoated paper with a “laid” textured surface with higher whiteness. Suitable for primary labelling of high quality luxury goods with an “old world” image such as wines, spirits and specialist foods. Printable by all conventional printing techniques. Due to open and textured nature of the face material, best results in general from those techniques with maximum conformability of printing plate such as flexo and offset.

ADHESIVE

S2047 A rubber based, permanent adhesive. Excellent adhesive performance on a wide variety of substrates including apolar, slightly rough and curved substrates. Particularly good performance at lower temperatures, eg labelling of chilled products. Excellent conversion characteristics.

Final Adhesion: Very high

Min. App. Temp.: +5°C

Temp. Range: -30°C to +70°C

UV Resistance: Poor

LINER

A supercalendered glassine paper. Specially designed for high speed conversion, punching and perforation. Good calliper consistency allows accurate kiss-diecutting. The papers translucent qualities are perfectly suited to automatic label applicators.
