FACE

A semi gloss, white coextruded material consisting of an expanded polystyrene layer with a clear polystyrene surface film. Applications include security labels – the moderate internal strength offers the opportunity of a tamper evident label. Product can be printed by all conventional printing techniques. Sharp cutting dies preferably flatbed are important for smooth conversion (radius corners are preferred).

ADHESIVE

An acrylic based general purpose adhesive with excellent adhesive performance on a wide variety of flat and curved substrates including packaging materials such as cardboard, plastic films, and PE and PP containers. Labels can also be used successfully on chilled products, dry substrates. Good conversion on rotary and flatbed presses.

LINER

A supercalendered white glassine paper. Specially designed for high speed conversion, punching and perforation. Good calliper consistency allows accurate kiss-diecutting. The papers translucent qualities are perfectly suited to automatic label applicators.
