Gloss Clear Laser PET

FACE

A gloss transparent heat-stabilised polyester film with an ink and toner receptive surface. Typically used for high definition colour laser printing of digital images – especially in recordable CD’s where the metallic background can shine through the transparent film. The face can be printed by letterpress, flexo, gravure, and screen giving excellent results with solvent, UV and waterbased inks.

ADHESIVE

S4700 An acrylic based, clear, permanent adhesive. It exhibits excellent performance even on rough and apolar surfaces such as HDPE. Improved temperature, water, solvent and chemical resistance. Ideal for industrial applications.

HF100 A one side clay coated bleached kraft paper.

Thickness: 108 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 100 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH

Additional info: This product is specially designed for "hot fuse" sheet fed and continuous laser printing, providing optimal flatness during conversion, storage and laser printing processing.Complies with FDA 175.105 and the German recommendations XXI as published by BfR for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foodstuff.
