FACE

A clear gloss polyester which is surface treated to promote excellent adhesion to most coatings and inks. In addition to thermal transfer printing, the product can be printed by all conventional roll label processes, such as flexo, UV letterpress and silk screen.

Caliper: 50 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 70 gsm ±5%

ADHESIVE

A pure acrylic adhesive which offers good adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, coupled with a high degree of UV and weather resistance.

Initial Tack: Medium

Final Adhesion: High

Min. App. Temp.: +5°C

Temp. Range: -20°C to +120°C

UV Resistance: Excellent

LINER

A siliconised honey glassine liner.

Thickness: 56 micron ±4%

Basic Weight: 65 gsm ±3%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22* C / 50% RH
