A white cast PVC film specifically developed for the production of non-removable warning or decorative labels that can be applied to various textile substrates. Printable by UV flexo or with solvent inks.

ADHESIVE

A duel phase solvent based acrylic based adhesive with ultra-removable feature until exposed to heat-press. The removable pressure sensitive adhesive forms a structural bond after exposure to temperatures +150°C.

Final Adhesion: Very high

Min. App. Temp.: +10°C

Temp. Range: -40°C to +100°C

UV Resistance: Moderate

LINER

A supercalendered siliconised white glassine paper, with high mechanical resistance to tearing.

Thickness: 63 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 70 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH

Additional info: Expose to heat (160-170°C) with a level of pressure for 3-5 seconds for adhesive to form a structural bond.Contamination's with e.g. wax, protective/antistatic coatings may have a negative effect on the formation of the bond. Application tests are recommended.
