Matt Clear PET 25mic

FACE

A matt transparent overlaminating polyester. This material is not equiped with a topcoat and is normally not overprinted. Due to the low calliper of this film, it can not be dispensed by itself. This is used to create premium matt effect lables. The overlaminate protects the underlying label from abrasion and chemical attack.

Basic Weight: 35 gsm ±5%

ADHESIVE

This is a high cohesive, permanent, solvent-based acrylate adhesive. It has very high ageing stability and features excellent resistance against chemicals and heat. It has a high peel adhesion on high and medium surface energy substrates.

Min. App. Temp.: 0°C

Temp. Range: -80°C to +150°C

UV Resistance: Excellent

LINER

A clear polyester liner giving optimum smoothness to the adhesive layer.

Thickness: 23 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 32 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH
