FACE

A matt white calcium carbonate derived from marble mining waste (80%) together with recycled HDPE (20%). The face material can be printed by conventional printing techniques including Screen, offset, letterpress, silkscreen and flexo.

Basic Weight: 120 gsm ±5%

ADHESIVE

A rubber based, permanent adhesive. Excellent adhesive performance on a wide variety of substrates including apolar, slightly rough and curved substrates. Particularly good performance at lower temperatures, eg labelling of chilled products. Excellent conversion characteristics.

Final Adhesion: Very high

Min. App. Temp.: -5°C

Temp. Range: -40°C to +70°C

UV Resistance: Moderate

LINER

A clay coated kraft with one side silicone coating.

Thickness: 125 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 125 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22* C / 50% RH
