SuperClear PP 20mµ

FACE

A clear corona treated, bi-axially oriented polypropylene film. It can be printed using conventional printing techniques including flexo, screen, offset, letterpress, silkscreen, gravure, and hot foiling processes. UV, water-based and solvent-based inks can be used. (As the liner is transparent, the applicator must detect the print itself or registration marks must be provided on either face or liner)

ADHESIVE

A clear permanent acrylic based adhesive. Engineered to be applied on clean and dry surfaces; once the label is applied, it won't be affected by moist environments (e.g. the environment typical in breweries).

Temp. Range: -20°C to +50°C

UV Resistance: Good

LINER

A clear polyester liner giving optimum smoothness to the adhesive layer. Contains 30% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) content.

Thickness: 23 micron ±5%

Basic Weight: 32 gsm ±5%

Shelf Life: 1 year when stored at 22° C / 50% RH
