FACE

A “frangible” matt white cast PVC film.The product is designed with extreme tamper evidence as a priority. The heavily filled face is highly frangible, of low caliper – giving little “edge” to pick at – and conformable/semi squeezable to avoid accidental breakage after application. The product can be printed via all conventional roll label technologies, including water based flexo, UV letterpress, thermal transfer and screen.

A supercalendered machine readable white glassine paper, with high mechanical resistance to tearing and excellent smoothness.

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH

Additional info: The adhesive is aggressive on a wide range of flat bed-helped with film conformability-curved surfaces both polar and a-polar. These typically include glass, steel, varnished and unvarnished carton board and most plastics use in packaging and moulding. It is however recommended that this material be trialed on all applications.It is recommended that corners are designed with as large a radius as s practical to facilitate matrix stripping.
