UltraDestructible PVC

A matt white ‘frangible’ cast PVC film, designed with extreme tamper evidence as a priority. The product can be printed via all conventional roll label technologies, including water based flexo, UV letterpress, thermal transfer and screen.

Caliper: 60 micron ± 5%
Basic Weight: 77 gsm ±5%

A special purpose permanent, solvent acrylic adhesive. The adhesive features good initial tack and ultimate adhesion on a wide range of substrates. A high durability to solvents and ageing.
Initial Tack: Very high
Final Adhesion: Very high
Min. App. Temp.: +10°C
Temp. Range: -50°C to +110°C
UV Resistance: Excellent

LINER

A white supercalendered glassine paper.
Thickness: 70 micron ±5%
Basic Weight: 80 gsm ±5%
Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 22° C / 50% RH
Additional info: The heavily filled face is highly frangible, of low caliper – giving little ‘edge’ to pick at - and conformable/semi squeezable to avoid accidental breakage after application. At the same time the face has been specially formulated with just enough tensile/tear strength to allow simple label shapes to be die cut and matrix stripped for subsequent automatic application where required. Typical applications include identification labels for instrument panels, warning signs and nameplates on electrical appliances as well as tamper evident security seals.
